If you are not able to log into the Start TODAY app with your existing TODAY.com account and password, it may be because the password requirements for the app is different from the requirement for TODAY.com. We apologize for the confusion.
As a workaround, we recommend the following steps:
1. Request Reset Password on the Start TODAY app, as shown below:
2. You will receive an email with a link for resetting your password. But be sure to reset your password with a 12-character (not 5) minimum password length as shown below (This is an example, please set your own unique 12-character minimum password)
3. You should now be able to return to the Start TODAY App and log in with your new 12-character password.
If you continue to have issues logging in, we recommend that you try "LOG IN WITH ONE TIME CODE" instead of selecting "RESET PASSWORD" in Step 1.
