I can't remember my password

If you are having trouble remembering your password, you can first enter your email address on the Welcome page, as shown below: 

If the email you provided is a registered account, you will be prompted to enter a password. 

If you can't remember your password, you have two options for logging in.

• LOG IN WITH ONE TIME CODE: A code will be sent to the email address associated with your account. The sender will be NBCUniversal Profile. All you have to do is copy the code to log into your Start TODAY app.
• RESET PASSWORD: Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You can follow the directions to create a new password, then return to the Start TODAY app to log in again. Please note: the password requirement for the Start TODAY app is different from Today.com, and you will need to create a new password that is at least 12 characters.
