Here are instructions for logging into an existing Start TODAY app account. If you would like to sign up, visit this page for instructions.
Open the Start TODAY app and select "Log In."
It will bring you to this screen where you can enter the email you used to sign up. Enter your account email in the field and click "Continue."
If you used Continue with Apple or Continue with Google to initially sign up to Start TODAY, you will be redirected to log in using those credentials.
On the next page, you will be prompted to enter your password. Enter your password here and check off the two boxes.
