To look up a recipe from a previous week, please follow the steps below:
- Tap on Nutrition tab on the bottom menu.
- Scroll down to the Meal Plan category you are interested in (e.g. Quick & Easy, Weight Loss, etc.)
- Swipe left to scroll through meal plans from previous weeks. The meal plans will not be labeled by dates/weeks but rather by headlines (e.g. "Weight Loss: Appetizing and nutritious low-calorie recipes").
4. Tap on the option you are interested in, and you will be able to see the full menu for that week, including all recipes and shopping lists, as shown below:
For easier access to your favorite meal plans and recipes, you can save them by tapping on the heart icon on the top right corner. When the heart turns orange, you will know it's been successfully added to your Favorites.
To access your bookmarked content, go to PROFILE, where your favorites will be organized by content type.
