If you are looking to cancel your Start TODAY App subscription and stop your auto renewal, please follow the steps outlined here: How do I cancel my Start TODAY App subscription?
If you want to delete your TODAY account (including your Start TODAY App account) permanently, you can follow the steps below:
- Navigate to PROFILE tab from the bottom menu:
- Select SETTINGS (gear icon) on the top right corner of your screen
- Select ACCOUNT:
- Tap on DELETE ACCOUNT at the bottom of the screen:
- Follow the prompt to complete your Account Deletion request. Your request will be fulfilled in 7-14 business days and you will receive a confirmation once the process is completed.
Please note: By submitting this request, you will be deleting your NBCUniversal Profile, including your TODAY account. Once we process your request, you will immediately and permanently lose access to your NBCUniversal Profile and TODAY account. This access cannot be restored. Deleting your NBCUniversal Profile may impact your subscription or access to other NBCUniversal brands
Deleting your NBCUniversal Profile will result in the immediate inability to access any subscriptions, services and accounts (including access to paid subscriptions) that use NBCUniversal Profiles, such as TODAY, NBC Sports, or Telemundo. If you have a paid subscription to a product or service provided by NBCUniversal or its affiliates, you will not be able to access these services even if you have any remaining days in your paid subscription period, and you will not be entitled to a refund for this period.
Deletion of your NBCUniversal Profile will not cancel any upcoming payments (including any automatically renewing charges for subscriptions), and it is your responsibility to review, manage and cancel your payment obligations either through NBCUniversal or the third party through which you subscribed ((e.g., Apple, Roku).
Your Start TODAY subscription is billed via Apple, and you must cancel the subscription directly through Apple (as explained here) to avoid future charges.
Please note your rights and our responses will vary based on your residency. You may be located in a jurisdiction where we are not obligated, or are unable, to fulfill a request. In such a case, your request may not be fulfilled. We may also be legally obligated to retain some of your data for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes. To learn more about NBCUniversal's privacy program, please see our Privacy Policy.
